I’m passionate about building strong, healthy teams that work together toward meaningful impact. For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving in senior leadership roles — leading organizations, primarily non-profits, through growth, transition, and tough seasons. But I see leadership as a journey, not a destination. I’m continually learning what it means to set a clear vision, live out core values, equip people with what they need, and clear the path so they can thrive. Whether guiding a team through success or helping rebuild trust, I’m on that journey too — growing alongside the people I serve.
